What is your therapy? What helps you to relax? Do you even know anymore? I think one of the main problems with people is not knowing their output? Have you ever stopped and thought "what do I really enjoy doing?" What hobbies could I not go with out?
I think the attraction to loose ourselves in "mindless" games of filling in time are taking over our relationships, I mean good relationships... how many people do you know that have games on their phones to play to fill in time. I was at a doctors surgery a few days ago waiting for my appointment, and almost everyone waiting - had their phones out and playing with them. I find this bizarre, we cant wait 5-10 mins without needing our minds to be busy. Sometimes we all need to stop and relax - our minds get so confused with the constant need for attention or distraction that we are forgetting how to relax - and spend "quality" time with one another.
If I was to ask you whats your therapy for your soul? How would you answer?
