I think this rings true - it should be the main goal of all of us to be able to pick ourselves up and carry on, to make small changes in your own life, and not give up. I think only then after we are content and happy within, that we can focus on concerns for our environment and all other people and things around us...
Your goal today should be to try and find in yourself an area that you believe needs to be remade, what ultimately will make you happy?? Do you even know ??
For me I am dreaming about a holiday to a warm destination...my inspiration is in this gorgeous photo..
